neon bible When I heard that (The) Arcade Fire were releasing a new album this year, I was a bit anxious. Funeral was so good and such a milestone.... it seemed kind of impossible to top. Then came the rumours and the leaks....
Intervention was the first song I heard. After the second play I was hooked. I bought the album on Friday (can someone please explain why albums come out in Ireland before they do anywhere else?!?) and haven't stopped listening.
It's amazing, each song holds its' own. With my recent loss (the death of my ipod) the only cd in my discman (!) this week has been this brilliant sequel.
Yay for the Arcade Fire. I am immensely ecstatic to see them at Oxegen!
